RECOMMENDED, the LEADERTRONIC HDX tag contains a fully ISO HDX (Half Duplex) Transponder, encapsulated into a larger easier to read RFID tag. Can be read up to 1.2 metres with a HDX reader and greater than 80cm (Up to 1.1 metres) with a ISO dual reader.

 APPROVED for the Australian National Livestock Identification Scheme (NLIS), it has now sold in millions into the scheme and is proving to be a major market force in the continuing roll out of the scheme covering some 26 million cattle and some 10 million additional cattle annually. The tags popularity is due to high visibility of numbers, no problems with tags being damaged during application and ease of application using LEADER FASTTAGGERS which also apply farm management tags.

NAIT has now approved this tag for the New Zealand National Tagging System as has the AHB for its use as a secondary tag for cattle from June 2009.

Outside the NZ Official NAIT-AHB tagging scheme the HDX tag can be marked with a Farm Name, Property Number, and even the Transponder Number if required. Where applicable, mandatory Government markings cannot be changed or interferred with.
